This is a lovely lightweight ex-designer tulle. This is from a French high end luxury couture house. It feels dry to the touch, but is quite soft.
This fabric will be food for statement dresses and skirts and because of its weight, will be good with gathers, pleats and shirring. The edges can be left unfinished as it does not unravel.
